Kincart Physical Therapy Services (KPTS) opened in 1983. The business was started by Karen-Sloan Kincart, PT, LAT, and is located in the Davis County Hospital.
Patients can access KPTS through doctor referral as well as direct access, or self-referral. KPTS provides hands-on therapy, education, and training to patients and families in the community with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. We also provide rehabilitative services for those in the Davis County Hospital & Clinics under observation, inpatient, and skilled levels of care.
Our family-owned clinic offers physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services to teach patients how to manage and prevent their condition so they will achieve long-term health benefits.
At KPTS we examine each individual and develop a plan using evidence-based treatment approaches and techniques to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function and prevent disability. We also serve as a clinical education site for both Doctor of Physical Therapy students and Physical Therapy Assistant students.
